Refund Policy

Nexavolt don't have any policy of refund but you can contact us in following situation. We will trace back your transaction and contact you based on internal billing policy.

At present, we dont have any subscription or chargeable model for our clients. Our platform is free to use while clients pay a small amount as Platform fee.

When you can contact us

  • You can reach us if your transaction is failed and money is deducted from your account, debit card or credit card.
  • Once a transaction is successfully completed and you change your mind, we don't entertain such inquiries.
